Food vendors must be available to set-up on Friday July 2026.
Vendors must be ready to fully operate during the two days festival hours. No exception
Food vendors must not sell plastic water bottles or single use plastic cutlery/plates/containers/straws.
The festival will take place rain or shine. By choosing to participate in a rain or shine Carnaval del Sol, vendors assume all risks associated with adverse weather conditions.
A 10’ by 10’ space for each booth. Space will be assigned by Latincouver based on organization convenience. The festival reserves the right to change the designation for your booth according to the information provided. Should we change your designation we will inform you immediately.

Carnaval del Sol Festival Committee must pre-approve all food and beverages to be sold at the festival. The festival wants to eliminate the duplication of food items and ensure the maximum profit to those food vendors participating in the Festival. Please be specific of the items you are interest to sell (Maximum of 7 dishes)
