Fito Blanko, born Roberto E. Testa on May 7, 1983, in Panama City, is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and producer of Panamanian origin. He moved to Montreal, Canada, at a very young age and later settled with his family in Mississauga, near Toronto. Fito began his music career at just 14 years old and recorded his first album a few years later. A graduate of John Cabot Catholic Secondary School, he has since collaborated with major international artists such as Drake, Beenie Man, and Fat Joe.

Throughout his career, Fito Blanko has achieved significant recognition. In 2013, he was nominated for a Latin Grammy for his hit single “Pegaíto Suavecito,” featuring Puerto Rican merengue star Elvis Crespo. The following year, he received a prestigious BMI Award. In 2015, his track “Meneo” was included in the soundtrack for the blockbuster film Fast & Furious 7, and that same year, he was named spokesperson for the Pan American Games held in Toronto.
